Vision

PAGI is bare-metal infrastructure designed to be adopted globally without coercion. It is a reference for interoperability — not a monopoly, not a closed committee. The community builds it; implementations validate it; adoption proves it.

Principles

Open by default — public specs, issues, and review.
Consensus-driven — explicit votes where needed; no hidden veto.
Immutable FINAL specs — errata and successor documents for changes.
Vendor-neutral — no baked-in preference for a chain, cloud, or operator.
Decentralized maintenance — multiple maintainers; succession plan.
Academic rigor — precise, testable, reproducible language.

Funding & sustainability

Grants, sponsorships, and donations should be reported transparently. Sponsors do not receive technical veto rights.
